VA-Friends of Homeless Animals

On the other adoptaguineapig I featured rabbits, by accident, so I figure I'll just go all the way:

Adopt Noah the Katrina Survivor!
In in effort to help place some of the dogs who have waiting far too long to find their forever homes, FOHA has started campaigning for our long-term residents. Our current featured dog is Noah, a Hurricane Katrina survivor.
Poor Noah has had a tough life... he lost his home and family when the hurricane struck, but a group of caring volunteers found him in the water, and took him to safety. Noah was driven all the way from Louisiana to FOHA's shelter in the hope that he could eventually be reunited with his family. When they couldn't be found, Noah was put up for adoption.
It is hard to believe that this sweet boy is still waiting to be adopted. He is a friendly, snuggly, playful boy whose whole body wiggles when he sees someone coming over to pet him. He loves people of all ages, and gets along well with most dogs after a proper introduction.
Our goal is to have Noah adopted into a loving home in time for the holidays. If you are looking for a faithful companion who will always be there for you, please consider this handsome boy. He will thank you every day with wet doggie kisses, a wagging tail, and those big, grateful eyes.
To adopt Noah, please call our adoption line at 703-385-0224 or email doginfo@foha.org.
If you would like to help Noah, but can't adopt him at this time, please spread the word about this great dog. Noah's campaign poster can be downloaded <HERE>.
