Small adoption fee includes two cages, water bottles, bedding, food, food bowls, hay, and "huge ball." If that means exercise or hay ball, neither one of these are appropriate for guinea pigs. They're familiar with people.
This post is so typical of what happens to purchased guinea pigs it makes me really, really sad.
