Md-Humane Society of Carroll County-Bonded young boars

Humane Society of Carroll County; Westminster, MD: LISTING REMOVED (With a rescue). Scutter and Morris! (I love those names).

Scutter:

Morris:

These bonded boys are three months old and very cute. They're socialized to people, but I gotta tell ya, Morris is a liar. When he says he's easy to take care of? That is a harmful myth. Guinea pigs are not pocket pets. Let's get that rumor out of the way now. We should call them pocket book pets, because they're about that size and it would dispense with the idea that they're a disposable thirty bucks. You should always have about $200 saved up for vet care.

I tell the truth because I love. But look at Morris' face. He's forgivable for anything.

* AAGP recommends quarantining any new guinea pigs
for 2-3 weeks and confirming the sex yourself.
Many sad accidents or "accidents" can be avoided this way. *

Virginia Beach SPCA; Virginia Beach, VA: LISTING REMOVED. Wowowe and LISTING REMOVED. Daisey!

Wowowe is an eight month old female with a smooth brown coat. She was surrendered because her people could no longer care for her. She has experience with children, unknown experience with dogs and cats (I'd take that as a no).

Daisey is a two year old white and brown female. She was surrendered for a reason listed as "other." She is a short hair, and has experience with children.

If photos of the girls are added, I will add them to this entry, rather than making an additional one. Good luck girls!

(Here is a map to the shelter--neat feature!)
