First off, poor Biff! He thought he had found his forever home, and so did the director of CSPR. A year after his adoption Biff was returned. And this is after he already was brought to the rescue as an unappreciated gift! Biff has had two homes and spent time in the rescue. He really needs to learn now what love and trust means. Can you provide him with a forever home, and teach him that love and trust really do exist?He is a very sweet American shorthair, who is understandably timid considering his past. Surely with a stable environment he would come out of his shell. He loves to cuddle and is easy to handle. He needs a quiet person who knows how to commit!
