VA-Roanoke Valley SPCA-Mother and babies, Young female

Roanoke Valley SPCA; VA: ADOPTED! Mom and Babies and ADOPTED! Paula!

Momma apparently had some babies with no warning on March 2nd. This really can happen--keep a careful eye on your guineas. And if you bought guineas from a petstore, there are high anecdotal odds that they might be pregnant, have mites, or a URI. As for these pups, be armed with this link: Boy or Girl?

Paula is a one year old young short hair girl who is shy and needs a loving home, willing to give her time to learn to love them back. And one that will give her feed without corn in it--shelters do what they can, and it makes for a great reason to donate a bag of Oxbow to the local humane society!

* AAGP recommends quarantining any new guinea pigs
for 2-3 weeks and confirming the sex yourself.
Many sad accidents or "accidents" can be avoided this way. *
