MD-Chesapeake Bay Guinea Pig Rescue-New pigs

Chesapeake Bay Guinea Pig Rescue; Annapolis, MD: Tyler, Noah & Jack, and Onyx and Skye!

Tyler, Noah and Jack are three very sweet young brothers who were surrendered to animal control because their owners could no longer afford to keep them. They are initially skittish, but calm and friendly once they are bing held. They love hay and carrots (which should only be fed on occasion). They are quickly fitting in with the rest of the pigs at the rescue. CBGPR is willing to adopt out two of the pigs, and find a friend for the remaining third pig.

Onyx and Skye are beautiful girls, with shiny black hair with white accents. They were also surrendered to Animal Control. They are very healthy and bright, and very self assured. They are the leaders of their herd. The girls are about four months old. "Onyx has a white band on her shoulder and a blaze on her chest, and Skye has a white stripe on her nose with bands of white and cream on her side. They love their Timothy hay and carrots, but haven't figured out leafy greens yet. These sisters would benefit greatly from some one-on-one tender loving care in a forever home."

* AAGP recommends quarantining any new guinea pigs
for 2-3 weeks and confirming the sex yourself.
Many sad accidents or "accidents" can be avoided this way. *
